The flow

From opportunity to Success Fee

One continuous path, verified at every handover.

  1. 01

    A company posts an Opportunity

The outcome is defined up front: the segment, the buyer profile, the target market and what a qualified introduction actually looks like.

  2. 02

A verified agent submits an introduction

Independent agents working the relevant segment see the opportunity and put forward a real relationship from their own network.

  3. 03

    HQ reviews and facilitates contact

Every introduction passes a human review layer before contact is facilitated, so both sides start from a verified position.

  4. 04

    The deal closes

The company runs its own commercial conversation with local context already on its side — no office, no retainer, no cold outreach.

  5. 05

    The Success Fee is paid

The agent earns a Success Fee on the closed deal. Value moves only when a deal does.

How It Works

One marketplace, two sides. Companies post sales opportunities; SalesIn turns qualified opportunities into Missions matched with suitable verified agents.

For companies

  • Faster market entry

  • Access to verified agents

Every agent clears identity and credential checks at HQ before they can put a relationship forward.

  • Attractive commissions

You earn a Success Fee on the deals you help close, with the terms visible before you accept a mission.

Companies come back to agents who deliver, so a single strong introduction can turn into ongoing work.

Verified on both sides

Nothing enters the marketplace unchecked. Companies and agents both pass through a verification pipeline before any match is made, so every introduction starts from a credible base.

  • Company verification

Businesses posting opportunities are checked for legitimacy and commercial intent before their opportunity becomes visible to agents.

  • Agent verification

Independent agents are reviewed for identity, sector experience and standing before they can submit introductions.

  • Execution layer by The Agency MENA

Verification and on-the-ground execution are backed by The Agency MENA, providing the human review layer behind every introduction.

  • Why agents use codenames

A codename protects an agent's identity and personal network from being copied or bypassed. SalesIn HQ always knows and verifies the real person behind every codename.

The wider ecosystem

From intelligence to relationships to real execution

SalesIn is part of a connected UAE B2B commercial ecosystem combining procurement demand, verified commercial relationships, AI-assisted intelligence and real-world sales execution. Each part has a distinct role — together they create a stronger route from opportunity to commercial outcome.

The BOE Ecosystem: one vision, three platforms — ProcClinic for procurement demand, SalesIn for verified commercial relationships and The Agency MENA for real-world sales execution, all powered by BOE intelligence.

ProcClinic

Procurement demand

Real buyer requirements create procurement and supplier intelligence across the UAE market.

procclinic.com

The Agency MENA

Real-world execution

Where companies require boots-on-the-ground UAE commercial execution, The Agency MENA provides field representation, customer meetings, pipeline progression, follow-up and negotiation.

theagencymena.com

BOE Intelligence & Operations

AI-assisted research, qualification and routing help the ecosystem identify relevant opportunities and operate efficiently. Human review, judgment and relationships remain embedded where consequential commercial decisions are made.

SalesIn

Commercial relationships

Companies and verified UAE agents connect market opportunities with relevant relationships, introductions, buyers, distributors and commercial networks.

How SalesIn works

How the parts relate

A company entering SalesIn may also become relevant to real procurement demand through ProcClinic, or require physical UAE sales execution through The Agency MENA. Suppliers and commercial relationships discovered elsewhere in the ecosystem may likewise become relevant SalesIn opportunities. Nothing moves between them automatically: each step is a separate decision, and confidential information is not shared across the ecosystem without the consent of the parties involved.

BIX Axis

Ecosystem

Part of the BIX Axis Ecosystem

SalesIn is the UAE commercial intelligence and market-access engine within BIX Axis — the broader ecosystem connecting intelligence, relationships and real commercial execution.

BIX Axis provides the umbrella intelligence and routing layer. SalesIn connects companies and verified UAE-based B2B agents around real market-entry and commercial opportunities.

Why the UAE

The UAE is where regional commerce is negotiated. For international companies, the fastest route in is rarely an office — it is the right introduction, made by someone already trusted in the market.

Regional commercial gateway

The UAE functions as the entry point for the wider GCC and MENA region — a single base from which regional distribution, partnerships and expansion are negotiated.

Dubai's business and nationality density

Dubai concentrates an unusually dense mix of nationalities and industries in one city, so the right buyer, distributor or partner is rarely more than one introduction away.

Zero income tax

No personal income tax and a competitive corporate framework keep the commercial case for regional operations straightforward.

100% foreign ownership in free zones

Free zone structures allow full foreign ownership, removing a traditional barrier for international companies testing the market.

Europe, Asia and Africa crossroads

Positioned between three continents with world-class air and sea connectivity, the UAE is a practical hub for cross-border trade.

Connect before you commit

Instead of setting up a physical presence to test demand, work through verified local agents who already hold the relationships in your segment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How the platform, the agents and the commercial model actually work.

What is SalesIn?

SalesIn is a UAE B2B market-entry platform. International companies post market-entry opportunities, and verified independent agents based in the UAE submit warm introductions to buyers, distributors and decision makers they already know. It is operated by The Agency Sales and Marketing Consultancy - F.Z.E, trading as The Agency MENA, licensed in Ajman Free Zone.

How does SalesIn help international companies enter the UAE market?

Instead of cold outreach or an unverifiable local contact, a company defines exactly who it wants to reach, and verified agents with existing relationships in that sector deliver introductions. Every submission is reviewed by HQ and carries relationship context — how the agent knows the contact, how long they have known them, and when they last spoke.

What is a SalesIn agent?

A SalesIn agent is an independent professional based in the UAE with a real commercial network in one or more industries. Agents are not employees, not cold callers, and not lead vendors — they introduce people they genuinely know.

How are SalesIn agents verified?

Every agent completes identity and document verification with the HQ team before they can submit anything. Phone and email are verified, identity documents are reviewed by a human, and each individual introduction is reviewed by HQ before it reaches a company's dashboard.

Does SalesIn employ its agents?

No. Agents are independent individuals who use the platform on a success-fee basis. There is no employment relationship, no salary and no retainer.

How does the Success Fee work?

A Success Fee is agreed by the company when it publishes an opportunity, expressed as a percentage of the resulting deal value with a 2% minimum. When an introduction leads to a closed commercial outcome, the Success Fee applies and is split between the introducing agent and the platform on the published terms.

When does a company pay?

Companies pay a subscription for platform access, and the Success Fee only when an introduction results in an agreed, closed deal. Nobody is paid for activity, submissions or meetings alone.

Can a company use SalesIn without opening a UAE office?

Yes. Most companies start before incorporating locally, using the platform to test demand and reach buyers first. A local entity, distributor agreement or registered commercial agency may still be required later depending on your product and how you decide to trade.

Can SalesIn help find distributors in the UAE?

Yes. Distribution partners are one of the most common opportunity types. Agents introduce distributors, wholesalers and channel partners they already work with, and you assess each one before engaging.

Why do agents use codenames?

A codename protects an agent's identity and personal network from being copied or bypassed by other platform users. It is anonymity from other users only — SalesIn HQ always knows and has verified the real person behind every codename.

Does SalesIn reveal an agent's identity?

Identity stays masked until both sides accept the commercial terms of a specific mission. After mutual acceptance, the relevant details are shared so the parties can work together directly.

What industries does SalesIn cover?

Hospitality and F&B, healthcare, education, fit-out and construction, technology, SaaS and fintech, retail and consumer, beauty, sports and further B2B segments — around 40 industry categories in total.

Is SalesIn a lead-generation service?

No. Lead generation sells contact data or unqualified enquiries. SalesIn delivers named, relationship-backed introductions from a verified individual who can personally vouch for the contact, and companies pay on outcomes rather than per lead.

What is the role of The Agency MENA?

The Agency MENA — the trading name of The Agency Sales and Marketing Consultancy - F.Z.E — builds and operates SalesIn, and provides the human execution layer: verification, HQ review, dispute handling and hands-on support for market-entry mandates.

Is SalesIn a recruitment platform?

No. SalesIn does not hire, place or employ anyone. Agents are independent professionals who make introductions from their own network and are paid a share of the Success Fee on a closed deal — there is no employment relationship, no payroll and no placement fee.

Does SalesIn guarantee sales?

No. SalesIn improves access to relevant decision makers through verified relationships, but no introduction, meeting or closed deal is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your offer, pricing and how you run the commercial conversation.

What is the difference between SalesIn and The Agency MENA?

SalesIn is the market-entry platform: opportunities, verified independent agents, introductions and Success Fees. The Agency MENA is a separate service business that provides hands-on outsourced B2B sales execution in the UAE. Companies can use the platform on its own, or engage The Agency separately when they need an execution team.

How can I find buyers or distributors in the UAE?

Publish an opportunity describing the buyer or distributor profile you want to reach, the emirate or coverage and your Success Fee. Verified agents active in that sector submit introductions to contacts they already know, with relationship context, and you choose which to pursue.

How are introductions verified?

Each introduction records the contact, the company, the relationship type and its history, and what has been agreed. HQ reviews the submission before it is released to the company, and progress is tracked through meeting, negotiation and closure so the outcome is documented on both sides.
