About SalesIn

What the platform is and how the model works.

What is SalesIn?

SalesIn is a UAE B2B market-entry platform. International companies post market-entry opportunities, and verified independent agents based in the UAE submit warm introductions to buyers, distributors and decision makers they already know. It is operated by The Agency Sales and Marketing Consultancy - F.Z.E, trading as The Agency MENA, licensed in Ajman Free Zone.

What industries does SalesIn cover?

Hospitality and F&B, healthcare, education, fit-out and construction, technology, SaaS and fintech, retail and consumer, beauty, sports and further B2B segments — around 40 industry categories in total.

Is SalesIn a lead-generation service?

No. Lead generation sells contact data or unqualified enquiries. SalesIn delivers named, relationship-backed introductions from a verified individual who can personally vouch for the contact, and companies pay on outcomes rather than per lead.

Is SalesIn a recruitment platform?

No. SalesIn does not hire, place or employ anyone. Agents are independent professionals who make introductions from their own network and are paid a share of the Success Fee on a closed deal — there is no employment relationship, no payroll and no placement fee.

Does SalesIn guarantee sales?

No. SalesIn improves access to relevant decision makers through verified relationships, but no introduction, meeting or closed deal is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your offer, pricing and how you run the commercial conversation.

For Companies

Entering the UAE market, distributors, buyers and local representation.

How does SalesIn help international companies enter the UAE market?

Instead of cold outreach or an unverifiable local contact, a company defines exactly who it wants to reach, and verified agents with existing relationships in that sector deliver introductions. Every submission is reviewed by HQ and carries relationship context — how the agent knows the contact, how long they have known them, and when they last spoke.

Can a company use SalesIn without opening a UAE office?

Yes. Most companies start before incorporating locally, using the platform to test demand and reach buyers first. A local entity, distributor agreement or registered commercial agency may still be required later depending on your product and how you decide to trade.

Can SalesIn help find distributors in the UAE?

Yes. Distribution partners are one of the most common opportunity types. Agents introduce distributors, wholesalers and channel partners they already work with, and you assess each one before engaging.

How can I find buyers or distributors in the UAE?

Publish an opportunity describing the buyer or distributor profile you want to reach, the emirate or coverage and your Success Fee. Verified agents active in that sector submit introductions to contacts they already know, with relationship context, and you choose which to pursue.

How do I find the right UAE agent for my company?

You do not search a directory. You publish an opportunity describing the buyer, sector and outcome you want, and agents who already hold those relationships come to you. Each filing arrives with relationship context and an HQ review, so you assess the introduction rather than the CV.

What happens after I register my company?

You complete verification — email, company profile, and documents reviewed by a human at HQ. While that is in progress you can draft opportunities. Once verification clears and a plan or trial is active, you can publish, and agent filings appear in your workspace for review.

Do I need a UAE trade licence to register?

No. A UAE trade licence is not required to create a SalesIn company account. You can register, complete your profile, invite colleagues and prepare sales opportunities without one. A licence or equivalent business-registration document is what unlocks the Business Verified trust level and publishing to agents.

Can an international company join SalesIn?

Yes. SalesIn exists largely for companies based outside the UAE. You register with your own country's business details, and your trust badge reflects the documentation you actually provide — a company registered abroad is never presented to agents as UAE-licensed.

When can I publish a sales opportunity to agents?

Once your company is verified by HQ, your Explorer trial or paid plan is active, your account is in good standing and the Company Participation Agreement is accepted. Until then you can draft opportunities freely — the workspace tells you which step is outstanding.

For Agents

Joining as an independent agent and working missions.

What is a SalesIn agent?

A SalesIn agent is an independent professional based in the UAE with a real commercial network in one or more industries. Agents are not employees, not cold callers, and not lead vendors — they introduce people they genuinely know.

Does SalesIn employ its agents?

No. Agents are independent individuals who use the platform on a success-fee basis. There is no employment relationship, no salary and no retainer.

Can I join as an agent while keeping my current job?

Yes. Agents are independent and work on a success-fee basis, not as employees, and the codename system is designed precisely so that participation does not expose you to your employer or your network. You remain responsible for any obligations you have to your own employer.

How does agent ranking and reputation work?

Agents accumulate a field record from real activity on the platform — filing missions, having introductions qualified by companies, and closing deals. That record and its rank are visible alongside the codename, so companies can weigh an introduction without knowing who the agent is.

Missions & Matching

How opportunities reach agents and how introductions progress.

How are introductions verified?

Each introduction records the contact, the company, the relationship type and its history, and what has been agreed. HQ reviews the submission before it is released to the company, and progress is tracked through meeting, negotiation and closure so the outcome is documented on both sides.

How do Missions work?

A company posts a sales opportunity describing the buyer it wants to reach. SalesIn reviews and qualifies it, and qualified Secret Agents then discover it as a Mission on the board. Agents pursue Missions according to their expertise, relationships and participation preferences, recording who the contact is, how they know them and when they last spoke. HQ reviews each filing before it reaches the company, and the Mission is then tracked through introduction, meeting and outcome.

How am I matched with companies?

There is no automated or algorithmic matching. Agents self-select the opportunities where they genuinely know the buyer, and the HQ team reviews every filing manually before it is released to the company. Relationship strength, field record and commercial fit are used to prioritise which introductions go forward.

Can a company run multiple Missions at the same time?

Yes. You can create and manage as many sales opportunities as you need, and how many can be published and open to agents at once depends on your plan: one on Explorer, three on Accelerate, ten on Scale and unlimited on Executive. Drafts are never limited.

Can Missions target different objectives, such as customers, distributors or commercial partners?

Yes. Each sales opportunity describes one objective and one buyer profile, so pursuing end customers and pursuing distributors are published as separate opportunities. Agents then see them as distinct Missions, which keeps introductions, reporting and Success Fees cleanly attributed to the right commercial track.

Verification & Privacy

Who is checked, what is visible, and how identity is protected.

How are SalesIn agents verified?

Every agent completes identity and document verification with the HQ team before they can submit anything. Phone and email are verified, identity documents are reviewed by a human, and each individual introduction is reviewed by HQ before it reaches a company's dashboard.

Why do agents use codenames?

A codename protects an agent's identity and personal network from being copied or bypassed by other platform users. It is anonymity from other users only — SalesIn HQ always knows and has verified the real person behind every codename.

Does SalesIn reveal an agent's identity?

Identity stays masked until both sides accept the commercial terms of a specific mission. After mutual acceptance, the relevant details are shared so the parties can work together directly.

Is my identity confidential as an agent?

Yes, from other platform users. Companies and other agents see your codename, illustrated avatar and field record — not your name. SalesIn HQ always knows and has verified the real person behind every codename, and your identity is disclosed only after both sides accept the terms of a specific mission.

What can companies see about me before we agree terms?

Your codename, avatar, declared industry segments, languages and your field record on the platform. Your legal name, employer and contact details are not shown until mutual acceptance on a mission.

What does company verification involve?

Email confirmation, a completed company profile, and documents — a UAE trade licence or an equivalent foreign business-registration certificate, plus signatory identification — reviewed manually by the HQ team. Publishing unlocks once that review clears.

What documentation can an international company provide?

Your business-registration or incorporation certificate issued in your home country, together with identification for the authorised signatory. Choose "Other / International" as the issuing authority during signup. A UAE trade licence is accepted but not required.

What does company verification or trust level mean?

Trust level is shown to agents so they can judge who they are dealing with. Unverified means registered only; Contact Verified means email and mobile confirmed; Business Verified means your business documents were reviewed by the SalesIn team; Enhanced Verified adds an active paid subscription with a payment method on file. It is a SalesIn review, not a government accreditation.

Success Fees & Payments

When money changes hands, and on what basis.

How does the Success Fee work?

A Success Fee is agreed by the company when it publishes an opportunity, expressed as a percentage of the resulting deal value with a 2% minimum. When an introduction leads to a closed commercial outcome, the Success Fee applies and is split between the introducing agent and the platform on the published terms.

When does a company pay?

Companies pay a subscription for platform access, and the Success Fee only when an introduction results in an agreed, closed deal. Nobody is paid for activity, submissions or meetings alone.

How do I earn commissions as an agent?

You earn the Success Fee attached to an opportunity when an introduction you filed leads to a closed deal. The percentage is set by the company when it publishes, with a 2% minimum, and the fee is split between the introducing agent and the platform on the published terms. Nothing is paid for activity, filings or meetings alone.

When do agents get paid?

After the company confirms a closed deal and HQ verifies the outcome. You must be fully cleared through verification for a payout to be issued.

The Agency MENA

The company that builds and operates SalesIn.

What is the role of The Agency MENA?

The Agency MENA — the trading name of The Agency Sales and Marketing Consultancy - F.Z.E — builds and operates SalesIn, and provides the human execution layer: verification, HQ review, dispute handling and hands-on support for market-entry mandates.

What is the difference between SalesIn and The Agency MENA?

SalesIn is the market-entry platform: opportunities, verified independent agents, introductions and Success Fees. The Agency MENA is a separate service business that provides hands-on outsourced B2B sales execution in the UAE. Companies can use the platform on its own, or engage The Agency separately when they need an execution team.

Who operates SalesIn?

SalesIn is built and operated by The Agency Sales and Marketing Consultancy - F.Z.E, trading as The Agency MENA, licensed in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

What does the human HQ team actually do?

HQ verifies companies and agents, reviews every mission filing before it reaches a company, prioritises introductions, tracks outcomes and handles disputes. The platform does not release unreviewed submissions.

Account & Billing basics

Subscriptions, trials and managing your workspace.

How much does SalesIn cost a company?

Companies pay a subscription for platform access, and a Success Fee only when an introduction results in a closed deal. Current tiers and what each one includes are listed on the pricing page.

Do agents pay anything to join?

No. Joining as an agent is free; agents earn Success Fees on closed deals.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Open Account in your company workspace and use Manage subscription. That opens the secure billing portal where you can switch billing period, update your payment method or cancel.

How do I contact SalesIn?

Use the contact page, or email contact@salesin.ai. Company-side support is company@salesin.ai and agent-side support is agent@salesin.ai.

How long is the Explorer trial?

Thirty days from the day you register your company. Explorer is the free entry tier, and the trial can be used once per company. When it ends your data stays intact, and you choose a paid plan to keep publishing.

Does the free Explorer trial require a payment method?

No. No card or other payment method is needed to register, complete your company profile or use the 30-day Explorer trial.

Does creating a free profile automatically start a paid subscription?

No. Completing your company profile does not create a paid subscription and nothing is charged. A paid plan begins only when you explicitly choose one and complete checkout. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that renew monthly or annually until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription.
