How it works

Verified introductions, by design

SalesIn connects UAE market-entry opportunities with people who already hold the relationship. Here's how matching, verification and agent identity actually work.

How Matching Works

Agent-led, human-reviewed — no black box

There is no automated matching algorithm today, and we won't pretend otherwise. Companies publish an opportunity, verified agents browse the board and self-select the ones where they genuinely hold the relationship, then file a mission with the details below. Our HQ team reviews what comes in and prioritises the strongest introductions manually.

Relationship strength

How well the agent knows the decision maker: connection type, years known, recency of contact, and whether they can pick up the phone today. Agents declare this when filing a mission.

Agent reputation

The agent's verified field record — missions filed, introductions qualified by companies, and deals actually closed.

Commercial fit

Deal size, industry segment overlap, target market and sales-cycle length measured against what the opportunity asks for.

HQ reviewers use these three signals as a scoring rubric when prioritising introductions, and can flag a mission for priority review — every override is logged. Automated matching and recommendations are on the roadmap, not in the product.

For companies

From registration to closed deal

Four steps, with a human review layer between each handover.

  1. Step 1

    Register

Create your company profile and tell us what you sell, where you want to sell it and who you need to reach.

  2. Step 2

    Get matched

HQ connects you with the right verified agents for your segment — reviewed by our team, never by an algorithm.

  3. Step 3

    Connect

Start real conversations with the introduced contacts and build trust at your own pace.

  4. Step 4

    Close and grow

Close the deal, pay the Success Fee, and open the next opportunity to keep scaling.

For agents

From enlistment to reward

You choose the missions where you genuinely hold the relationship.

  1. Step 1

    Enlist

Join as a Secret Agent: verify your identity with HQ, choose your codename and get cleared for the board.

  2. Step 2

    Accept a mission

Browse open missions and pick the ones that match the network you already have.

  3. Step 3

    Make the intro

Connect the right people and file the details of the relationship with HQ.

  4. Step 4

    Mission accomplished

When the deal closes, you earn your Success Fee and the record is added to your field history.

Verification Process

Five steps before anyone transacts

Both sides of the marketplace are verified by a human at HQ. No self-certification, no automated pass-through.

  1. 1. Email confirmation

Every account starts by confirming a working email address. This unlocks browsing but nothing commercial.

  2. 2. Profile completion

Companies submit their business-registration or trade licence details and a signatory — UAE or international; agents submit codename, segments, languages and payment method.

  3. 3. Document submission

Trade licence or foreign business-registration certificate, signatory ID or personal identity documents are uploaded to private, encrypted storage. Only HQ can open them.

  4. 4. HQ review

A human reviewer checks the documents against the submitted details. Every decision is written to an immutable audit log.

  5. 5. Cleared

Verified companies can publish opportunities; verified agents can file introductions and receive Success Fees.

Secret Identity System

Why agents work under codenames

The problem

The best-connected people in the UAE already have jobs. Publishing their name next to a list of the buyers they know would put their employment and their relationships at risk — so they simply wouldn't participate.

The system

HQ verifies the real identity behind every agent, then issues a codename. Companies see the codename, clearance rank and field record — enough to judge credibility, never enough to identify the person or bypass the platform.

Identity is disclosed only when an introduction is accepted and both sides agree to proceed. Agents can share a Digital Passport — a signed summary of their clearance and record — as proof of verification without revealing who they are.

Choose Your Avatar

A face for the codename

During enlistment every agent picks an illustrated avatar from a fixed set. It becomes their consistent visual identity across the board, the leaderboard and their Digital Passport — recognisable to companies, anonymous by construction. No photographs are ever uploaded or shown.
