For Agents

Independent sales agent opportunities in the UAE

If you have spent years building relationships across UAE business — buyers, operators, procurement heads, distributors — that network already has commercial value. SalesIn turns it into commission income without a job change: browse live opportunities from international companies, introduce the contacts you genuinely know, and earn a share of the Success Fee when an introduction closes.

What the role involves

  • Work independently — no employer, no quota, no fixed hours
  • Choose which opportunities you engage with, by industry and by how well you know the buyer
  • Introduce real contacts you have a relationship with, not cold lists
  • Commission-only: you earn on a closed commercial outcome, never for activity
  • Operate under a codename that protects your network from being copied or bypassed

How to get started

  1. 1Create an agent account and choose your codename and avatar
  2. 2Verify your phone, email and identity documents with HQ
  3. 3Select the industry segments and languages you actually cover
  4. 4Browse live opportunities from companies entering the UAE market
  5. 5Submit an introduction with relationship context — who the contact is to you, how long you have known them, when you last spoke
  6. 6Accept the mission terms, make the introduction, and track it through meeting, negotiation and close

How you get paid

Each opportunity carries a Success Fee set by the company as a percentage of deal value, with a 2% minimum. When a deal you introduced closes, the gross commission is split 50/50 between you and the platform under the mission commercial terms you accepted, and the entitlement is recorded in your earnings ledger. Nothing is paid for submissions, meetings or effort alone — see Pricing for the full commercial model.

Who tends to do well

Sales representatives, ex-distributor managers, consultants and business development professionals with genuine reach into a defined sector — hospitality and F&B, healthcare, education, fit-out and construction, technology and fintech, retail, beauty or sports. Depth in one sector beats a broad but shallow contact list every time.

Verification and anonymity

Every agent is verified before they can submit anything: identity documents are reviewed by a human at HQ, and phone and email are confirmed. Your public presence on the platform is your codename and track record, not your name — protecting both your relationships and your negotiating position, while SalesIn retains full verified knowledge of who you are.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a licence to be a SalesIn agent?

You join as an independent individual making introductions from your own network. You remain responsible for your own tax and regulatory position, and the platform role is not a registered commercial agency appointment under UAE law.

How much can I earn?

Earnings come from the Success Fee on a closed deal, which the company sets when publishing the opportunity (2% of deal value minimum). The gross commission is split 50/50 between the introducing agent and the platform on the published mission terms.

Is there any cost to join?

No. Agents do not pay to join or to submit introductions.

Will companies see my real name?

Not while you are browsing or submitting. Your identity stays masked behind your codename until both sides accept the commercial terms of a specific mission. HQ always knows and has verified who you are.
